Yoga for Trauma

Nowadays, it is widely recognised that trauma is stored in the body. Yoga for Trauma works gently to release stored trauma responses, utilising breath and body work for deep healing. Engaging the parasympathetic nervous system helps to rewire and soothe, creating new pathways on the journey toward freedom from past psycho-emotional pain.
